Here are my Terms of Use. I hate long confusing agreements and legal wording so I’m going to make it simple.

Feel Free to use my designs for:

1. Scrapbooking
2. Personal website, blog or banner
3. Personal branding, business cards, etc.
4. Personal printed items (cards, invitations, labels, etc)
5. Scrap for Hire Projects
6. Physical, handmade cards for sale; or physical artwork for sale (use portions of the kit for your mixed media art)

Please DON’T:

1. Sell or share, (whether as is or altered), or claim my artwork as your own
2. Use the files to create a logo, avatar, banner, ads, blog, shop banner, website or any other digital design and sell it
3. Use my designs as is to print and offer merchandise from them including fabric, phone cases, pillows and more
4. Do not sell my designs as is on Zazzle, Cafe Press or other marketplaces
5. Do not use my designs to create digital items (invitations, party favors, posters, banners, etc) that you are going to sell. For example, you create birthday invitations with my designs and sell them on Etsy.
